First, lets start with those online survey programs or so called data entry jobs.  I have personally investigated the top companies that offer such opportunities and I can save you multiple $30 to $70 dollars in membership fees by telling you that 95% of them are bogus, and they are not telling you what you really going to be doing.  Most online survey programs for example tell you how you'll make between $5 to $75 per survey, where in reality most of those surveys don't pay any more than $5 to $10 (while most just offer prizes) and you can end up spending 30 minutes filling each out, and then wait 2-3 weeks to get a check from them..

Furthermore, what's really bad is that it takes a while for companies to start sending you such surveys to begin with, and not all do it consistently so it doesn't happen overnight either, and you don't know how many you might even receive

As far as Data Entry jobs or websites that offer claims to pay you for simply typing out forms, they are not what they appear to be.  What you'll find is that almost all of them provide you with over 500 companies that are willing to have you type up these ads that they have put together and then show you how to use Google Adwords or other types of marketing they provide, so you can submit the ads, and once your ads start generating sales for these companies, they pay you.  So yes, you will be filling out and typing ad forms (calling it data entry) on your computer, but that's not how you make the money.  These websites have great scripts and they lure people to pay between $40 to $100 in membership fees to get access to such information, but thats about it.

Next, those websites that simply offer you a free website with a system to sell for the price of small fee. Those websites generally come with an e-book showing you how to market their site to others and show others how to do the same.  To me, this is just pointless.  No really valuable product is being sold, no great compensation, or residual plan to make a solid income is offered, except maybe making $20 to $40 in affiliate sales every time someone buys that system from your replicated site, and finally no company behind them, just a so called guru internet marketer that originally developed the site and now has hundreds of affiliates trying to sell the same looking website with the e-books to others.

You can also dump anywhere from $47 to $197 on any of these programs, but you will find that you'll have to market those websites forever and try to consistantly make hundreds of sales on a weekly or monthly bases to make any amount of decent money...

Next, there are those Higher ticket programs like Carbon Copy, EDC Gold, Emerald Passport, Global Resorts Network, Wealthy marketer, and a few more that cost between $1k to $3k on average to get started.

Although a few of these companies have a great system and you can make a lot of money, a majority of people can't afford such programs. The other problem is even if you can afford such a high ticket program, you'll probably get stuck trying to persuade a lot of others to drop this type of money as well. So what happens is that majority of people getting started in those programs, don't really know how to market their business correctly and easily, dumping all their money on the start up costs, then get stressed out for having a hard time building their business, and finally get frustrated and give up.

Again, don't get me wrong, some of these programs are great, but not for the little guy that wants to just get started and start making some money from home.

What I'm sharing with you today in this website is not about work at home scams and frustrations like above.

I personally have tried all the above scenarios at one time or another, and even though I was successful in building few of those programs, it still bothered me to know that not everybody end up making money with them.

Next, is the Network marketing industry of course. Actually, I love this industry. But it also has it's drawbacks. Most NWM companies offer the greatest products and services you can't find anywhere else, but the problem is that it is a tough business to build.Yes, there are a lot of people making absolute killing working in this industry but if you don't work it correctly, you will lose a lot of time and money trying to make any money.  I used to talk to a lot of people that told me stories of how they started their business from home only to wait months before making their first $200 from their Network Marketing business.
